Who we are. This website is operated by KANAFANI BRAND INC. Our locations are operated by affiliated companies: the Mississauga (Ridgeway) location by Kanafani sweets & coffee Inc. (HST 730340213 RT0001), and the Scarborough location by 16658121 Canada Inc. (HST 725793624 RT0001). When you make a purchase at a location, your transaction is with that location's operating company.
Orders and pricing. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and may change without notice. Applicable taxes are added at checkout. Product images are illustrative; actual items may vary.
Rewards. Our rewards program is offered as a courtesy and its terms, point values, and benefits may be modified or discontinued at any time. Points have no cash value and are not transferable.
Allergies. Our products are prepared in kitchens that handle nuts, dairy, gluten, sesame, and eggs. If you have an allergy, please tell our team before ordering; we cannot rule out cross-contact.
Intellectual property. The Kanafani name, logo, and brand materials are the property of KANAFANI BRAND INC. (trademark applications 2,490,750 and 2,490,751) and may not be used without written permission.
Liability. To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with any purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase.
