What we collect. When you browse, we collect standard technical information (device, browser, pages visited). If you create an account, join our rewards program, place an order, or contact us, we collect what you provide: your name, phone number, email address, and order history.
How we use it. We use your information to provide our services: preparing your orders, operating the rewards program, responding to your messages, and — only with your consent — sending you offers and updates. You can withdraw marketing consent at any time using the unsubscribe link in any message or by replying STOP to texts.
Payments. Card payments are processed by Square, Inc. We never see or store your full card number.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (payment processing, messaging, hosting), each bound to protect it.
Retention. We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law (for example, tax records).
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@kanafani.ca. We will respond within 30 days.
